Employee Referral Program
Our Employee Referral Bonus Program is designed to encourage and reward employees who refer qualified candidates to Verinon Solutions Ltd.
For each successful hire, Verinon Solutions provides a referral bonus of $1500.00 after a candidate has reached their six month anniversary with the company.
How to refer a candidate:
- Refer individual candidate in writing via email to hr@verinon.com, jobs@verinon.com along with the resume and the Position Name and ID.
- Or mail the resume of the individual to our corporate office with Position Name and ID.
- Please mention your full name, address, contact information while sending the referral’s resume via above mentioned methods.
Eligibility:
- Individual must be hired within 180 days of referral for the referral bonus to be payable.
- Referral bonuses will only be paid to existing employees who are actively employed by Verinon Solutions Ltd at the time when the fee becomes payable as specified.
- No referral bonus will be paid for candidates with whom Verinon Solutions Ltd has had employment discussions within six months preceding the submitted referral.
- In the event that two employees refer the same individual, only the first referral will be eligible for payment.
Friends of Verinon Solutions Referral Program
Similar to our internal referral program, Verinon Solutions Ltd also offers generous referral rewards to those individuals outside of the company who refer applicants to our open positions. Friends and family who refer qualified candidates to our open positions are eligible to receive $1000.00 for each successfully hired referral. Verinon Solutions will deliver payment following the six month’s anniversary of referred employees. Payment will be taxable. All referrers will be required to fill out a W-9 form and fax or send via PDF to Verinon Solutions prior to receipt of payment.
How to refer a candidate:
- Check open positions on our website under careers section, identified by the Human Resources Department at Verinon Solutions Ltd.
- E-mail the resume of the potential candidate you are referring to hr@verinon.com, jobs@verinon.com with "Through Friends of Verinon Solutions Ltd Referral Program" in the subject line. Please mention the Position Name and ID.
- Include your name and detailed contact information in your e-mail to ensure that you receive your reward.
Eligibility:
- In order for referral fees to be paid, individuals must be hired within 180 days of the referral.
- Referral fees will only be paid to referrers when the new hire has been employed by us on a Full-Time capacity for at least six months.
- Referred candidates must not have been previously employed by Verinon Solutions Ltd.
- Referred candidates must not have applied to one of our external job postings or currently entered into our applicant database.
- Eligibility subject to FAR compliance.
