Our client was using Documentum 7.0 as their primary repository with 11 independent workflow processes in each country. They needed to connect a set of disparate workflows that overtime had become both outdated and split. Going forward, our client needed a simpler, more efficient and regionally connected process.


This was a four phase project involving an upgrade to Documentum 7.1, initial implementation of Captiva 7.1 and xCP 2.1. The implementation included workflows for current and future business needs along with a customized look and feel specific to the client.
